2. Getting Started
Accessing the Application
- Open your web browser and navigate to the application URL provided by your administrator
- You will be automatically redirected to the login page if you are not yet authenticated
- Enter your credentials (username/email and password) to access the platform
- After successful login, you will be directed to your main dashboard
3. Authentication and Account Management
Login
How to Login
- Navigate to the login page (you will be automatically redirected if not authenticated)
- Enter your username or email address in the username field
- Enter your password in the password field (passwords are case-sensitive)
- Click the "Login" button or press Enter
- If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your main dashboard
- Never share your password with anyone
- Use a strong password with a combination of letters, numbers and special characters
- Logout when using shared computers
- Change your password regularly
Password Recovery
Password Reset by Email
- On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click "Submit" or "Send Reset Link"
- Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset email
- Click the reset link in the email (links typically expire after a defined period)
- Enter your new password twice for confirmation
- Click "Reset Password" to complete the process
- You can now login with your new password
Password Reset by SMS
Some configurations support password reset by SMS. If available:
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Select the SMS reset option if available
- Enter your phone number
- Receive a verification code by SMS
- Enter the code and create a new password
First Access and Account Activation
If this is your first access to the platform, you may be guided through an activation process. This process typically consists of five steps:
- Step 1: Initial account verification and welcome
- Step 2: Filling in personal information (name, email, phone, etc.)
- Step 3: Additional profile details and preferences
- Step 5: Final confirmation and account activation
Activation Steps
Step 1: Initial Verification
Verify your account and review the welcome information. You may need to accept terms and conditions.
Step 2: Personal Information
Complete your personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (with country code)
- Tax identification number (TIN)
- Date of birth (if required)
Step 3: Additional Details
Provide any additional profile information required by your organization.
Step 5: Confirmation
Review all information and confirm your account activation. You will then be redirected to the main dashboard.
SSO Login (Single Sign-On)
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can login using your organization credentials:
- Click the SSO login option if available
- You will be redirected to your organization login page
- Enter your organizational credentials
- You will be automatically authenticated on the platform
Logout
To logout from your account securely:
- Click the "Profile" menu in the navigation
- Select "Logout" from the dropdown menu
- You will be logged out and redirected to the login page

Home Page Overview
The home page provides access to:
- Navigation Menu: Access all main sections of the platform
- Quick Links: Direct access to frequently used features
- Featured Products: Featured products from the catalog
- News and Updates: Latest announcements and information
- Performance Overview: Quick view of your point balance and recent activity
- Recent Activity: Summary of your latest actions, points earned and order updates
Home Page Features
- Navigate through the main menu to access different sections

The performance chart displays your activity and points earned over time.
5. Profile Section
Personal Data
View Personal Data
- Navigate to Profile > Personal Data
- View your current personal information displayed in the form
- Note: The username is usually not editable and appears as disabled
Update Personal Information
You can update the following information:
- Name: Your full name
- Email: Your email address (used for notifications and password recovery)
- Phone Number: Your mobile/phone number with country code
- Tax Identification Number (TIN): Your tax identification number
- Newsletter Subscription: Toggle to receive newsletters
- Navigate to Profile > Personal Data
- Edit the fields you want to change
- For the phone number, select the country code from the dropdown menu
- Enter your phone number (validation rules apply based on country)
- Toggle newsletter subscription if desired
- Click "Save" to update your information
- A success message will confirm your changes
The system validates phone numbers based on the selected country code. Make sure your phone number:
- Has the correct number of digits for your country
- Starts with a valid prefix for your country
- Contains only numeric characters
Change Password
To change your password:
- Scroll to the "Change Password" section on the Personal Data page
- Enter your current password in the "Old Password" field
- Enter your new password in the "New Password" field
- Re-enter your new password in the "Repeat Password" field for confirmation
- Click "Save" to update your password
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Must contain uppercase and lowercase letters
- Must contain at least one number
- Maximum of 50 characters
Account Deletion
If you need to delete your account:
- Scroll to the "Delete Account" section on the Personal Data page
- Read all important notes about account deletion

Understand that you will lose:
- All earned points
- Ability to claim warranty for requested rewards
- Access to transaction information
- Ability to receive ongoing orders
- Click the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm deletion when prompted
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Address Management
Manage Addresses
On the Addresses page, you can:
- View all your saved addresses
- Add new delivery addresses
- Edit existing addresses
- Set a default address for orders
- Delete addresses (if not in use)
View Addresses
- Navigate to Profile > Address
- View your list of saved addresses
- See which address is set as default (if any)
Add a New Address
- Navigate to Profile > Address
- Click the "Add New Address" or "Create" button

Fill in the address form with:
- Address
- City
- Postal code
- Country
- Additional address details (if applicable)
- Check "Set as default" if you want this to be your main address
- Click "Save" or "Create Address"
- Your new address will be added to your list
Edit an Address
- Navigate to Profile > Address
- Find the address you want to edit
- Click the "Edit" button next to the address
- Modify the necessary fields
- Click "Save" to apply the changes
Delete an Address
- Navigate to Profile > Address
- Find the address you want to delete
- Click the "Delete" button next to the address
- Confirm deletion
- The address will be removed from your list
Balance and Statements
View Your Balance
- Navigate to Profile > Balance
- View your current total balance displayed at the top of the page

Transaction History
The balance page displays your transaction history:
- Scroll down on the Balance page to view transaction history
- View a chronological list of all point transactions

- Description or origin
- Related order or activity (if applicable)

Balance Display in Header
Your current balance is also displayed in the header of each page:
- Shows your total available points
- Clicking it takes you directly to the Balance page
- Updates automatically when points are earned or redeemed
Messages
Access Messages
- Click the envelope icon in the header (shows unread count)
- Or navigate to Profile > Messages
- Access your message inbox
View Your Inbox
- Navigate to Profile > Messages
- View your message list showing subject, sender, date and unread indicators
- Click a message to read it
- Use pagination to navigate through older messages
Read Messages
- Click a message from your inbox
- View the full message content
- The message is automatically marked as read
- View any attachments if present
- Reply to the message if replies are enabled
Orders
View Order List
- Navigate to Profile > Orders
- View a list of all your orders, usually sorted by most recent first
